Working under direct supervision of the Manager Sales, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Inside Sales Support Representative is assigned to one or more Executive, Senior Executive and Presidential Account Managers to assist them in the day to day fulfillment of orders and resolving customer issues on assigned accounts. Acts as a support resource for the day to day transactions to allow the Account Manager time and opportunity to network through their existing accounts to expand business. Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on order processing and customer service issues for resolution. In addition to providing sales support, the Inside Sales Support Representative makes outbound prospecting calls to help engage new customers/business for the assigned Account Manager(s).
