Job Title: Tier 1/ 2 Desktop Support Technician
Location: Onsite (Gainesville, GA)
Job Type: Full time M-F, 8AM-5PM (60 day contract with the possibility to go longer)
Pay Rate: $28-$30/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tier 1-2 Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced technical support to end-users across the organization during a Windows 11 migration project. This role is responsible for resolving escalated IT support issues, performing in-depth troubleshooting of hardware and software problems, and supporting various technologies including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and core business applications. The Tier 2 technician will work closely with Tier 1 support, network engineers, and system administrators to ensure optimal IT service delivery.
