Senior Program Manager Working under minimal supervision of the Director/Manager—referring only exceptional problems and issues for management review or approval—the Senior Program Manager is responsible for executing campaigns that drive adoption and consumption of Microsoft software products and solutions, ultimately contributing to measurable revenue growth and profitability for Connection. This role involves developing and executing programs across multiple sales subsidiaries to align with key partner and Connection objectives. The Senior Program Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Sales Management, Product Management, TSG, and Finance) and external vendor resources to formulate goals, align strategies, and deliver impactful results. Key responsibilities include:
Specific Focus Area: The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for managing the workflow and execution of Microsoft project funding programs, including ECIF (End Customer Investment Funds), AMM (Azure Migration & Modernization), vouchers, and CSI (Customer Success Investments). This includes overseeing funding requests, tracking utilization, ensuring compliance with Microsoft guidelines, and maximizing the impact of these programs to support strategic initiatives and customer success.
