Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Sr. Desktop Support Technician at a well-known, Enterprise size organization. This is a direct-hire opportunity for Connection, working on-site for a outstanding end-client in the hospitality industry. The main building onsite has 2,500 end-users, and there is another building close down the street with an additional 400 end-users. This role will be a mix between phone support, deskside work, and executive support. Previous experience with executive support, support of Polycom devices, AV equipment, and basic troubleshooting skillset required. The individual must be very patient and driven to provide excellent customer service.
This position is on-site, M-F, 8-5. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a collaborative, team environment! Hourly rate is $28-$29/hr.
