Responsibilities

·          Maintains and nurtures customer relationships by providing excellent customer service by doing the following:

·          Creates Welcome Kits for new customers

·          Trains and demonstrates navigation in all Microsoft portals

·          Resolves any post-sale issue with customer contract

·          Escalates issues as needed to our Microsoft partner

·          Conducts review of Software Assurance Benefit (SAB) to ensure benefits are utilized before expiration

·          Evaluates, through review in the portal, a customer’s licensing usage and consumption

·          Recommends Connection services as appropriate following review

·          Provides tenant mapping guidance to the customers.

·          Maintains customer data in a database as well as in the Microsoft PSX tool to validate True-Up workbooks, update agreements, enter data and documents in CRM, and provide new agreement information to sales team.

·          Generates and analyzes reports in order to provide recommendations to all appropriate team members for follow-up as appropriate by doing the following:

·          Reviews Contract Team data for upcoming renewals

·          Reviews Customer Agreement Yearly True Up Worksheets

·          Maintains whitepapers and sales collateral for accuracy and timeliness

·          Interacts with Account Managers to provide updates and information on post-sale processes related to Licensing and contracts support.

Qualifications

·         Intermediate to advanced user skills for Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)

·         Proficient in hosting and attending remote meetings using Skye, Zoom, Microsoft Team, Webex. etc.

·         Working knowledge of an ERP systems

·         Salesforce CRM application experience is required

·         Working knowledge of customer service with ability to anticipate needs of customer

·         Excellent written communication skills with ability to compose professional business communications via email, letter, and proposals

·         Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to deliver professional presentations

·         Meticulous attention to detail with ability to proofread for accuracy

·         Organized state of mind with ability to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules and monitor performance according to priorities and deadlines

·         Interpersonal skills with ability to work well with all levels of the organization

·         Analytical with ability to draw conclusions from data, systematic and rational

·         Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities

·         Knowledge of Enterprise customers and processes a plus
