Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a PC Support Technician in Contoocook, NH. This is an onsite contract position with benefits.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support for approximately 280 employees.
Handle in-stock IT assets and track inventory using spreadsheets.
Perform software installations and set up new hardware.
Build and image laptops (manual process, training provided).
Troubleshoot printer issues and other peripheral devices.
Assist with asset management, including tracking and maintaining IT equipment.
Perform routine IT maintenance and basic network troubleshooting.
Occasionally travel to another location a few miles away (mileage reimbursed).

Qualifications
2+ years of IT support experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and peripherals.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, walk frequently, and work in a manufacturing/plant setting.
Comfortable working in a sometimes noisy or dusty environment (safety gear provided).
Basic knowledge of asset management and inventory tracking.
Experience with laptop imaging and setup (manual process, will train).
Valid driver's license for occasional travel to a nearby facility.
