Overview

Connection has an immediate contract-to-hire opportunity for a hybrid Help Desk Analyst with an insurance company in Overland Park, KS. 

 

This help desk position will be 75% phone support and 25% deskside support. Three days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) are required for in-office with Tuesdays and Thursays being remote.

 

Contract rate- $25/hr

 

Responsibilities

  • Handling daily Level 1 calls
  • Unlocking accounts and re-setting passwords.
  • VDI resets
  • Troubleshooting hardware/software/printer issues.
  • In-office responsibilities such as shipping out equipment and setting up user workstations.
  • Working in a primarily virtual desktop environment with minimal desktop. Ability to transfer to a mobile/virtual environment.

USD $24.00/Hr.

Max

USD $25.50/Hr.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and professionalism.
  • Active Directory experience.
  • Azure and Intune experience preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Windows 10 and Office 365 experience.
