JOB SUMMARY
Working under minimal supervision of the Director, the Solution Center Specialist facilitates the sales of services through a consultative approach, focusing on understanding client business requirements and translating those to appropriate services engagements.
The Solution Center Associate owns development of proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) for assigned opportunities generally of low to moderate complexity. The Solution Center Associate functions as the lead for the pre-sales team in the SOW development process from deal kickoff to executive review. To that end the Solution Center
Associate works with internal clients such as account managers, solution architects and system engineers, as well as the external client to translate customer business and technical requirements into an accurate Statement of Work contract. Facilitates the negotiation of Master Service Agreements, as appropriate.
The Solution Center Associate assigns and manages technical resources to meet customer
deadlines and engages with the project management implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
