This is a remote or hybrid opportunity preferably based near our corporate offices in Merrimack, NH, or Boston or New York metropolitan areas. This role requires travel at a routine frequency of up to 50%.
Job Summary
The Government focused Business Development Manager for CNXN Helix, works independently with little or no direct supervision under guidance of the Helix Center leader, utilizing independent judgement and discretion in selection, development and coordination of methods within a broad framework. The BDM Helix requires a dynamic and innovative approach to supporting the company's AI initiatives. The BDM Helix is primarily responsible for formulating and executing a rolling 3-year strategy, focused on 3 critical IT growth areas: AI, AI DevSecOps, and/or AI Cyber Analytics. The BDM is accountable for developing an account plan and qualifying a pipeline to support the pursuit of new information technology and related business services, adhering to Helix corporate policies and procedures. The BDM Helix manages the full opportunity lifecycle including identification and qualification of opportunities, development and maintenance of the opportunity pipeline, development of customer-focused solutions, development and maintenance of customer relationships, and working with executive staff to obtain opportunity pursuit approvals. Additional responsibilities include supporting the development of strong proposals and driving revenues that exceed assigned revenue targets.
