· Responsible for large, global programs involving complex scopes of services involving delivery of technology solutions and serves as primary point of contact · Provides program support across the globe as required for customers, partners, program / project resources across varying time zones |
· Ensures alignment of all project management activities with the company’s strategic goals, providing unified direction across the globe. |
· Establishes and executes program governance using Connection standard governance models as a guide. · Collaborates with project managers to ensure project governance is executed consistently across the program. |
· Develops or oversees the development of relevant program artifacts to deliver contractual services utilizing judgment and discretion based on the agreed deliverables. |
· Proactively manages, controls and drives scope, budget, and schedule for the overall program. |
· Facilitates communication, risk, resource, scope, financial, escalation, and contract management between projects within the program while also identifying and managing interdependencies between projects. |
· Proactively analyzes program risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize/eliminate risks, develops program-level milestone schedules by consolidating individual project schedules, and develops detailed communication plans across large, global programs |
· Utilizes internal resources across departments and third-party service providers to fulfill program requirements. |
· Captures requirements for program metrics, KPIs, or other performance indicators. Develops required performance reports / dashboards. |
· Utilizes performance reports to identify opportunities for continues improvement with program delivery. |
· Mentors team members. |
· Assists Account Team and/or Technical Sales Organization with solutioning, budget development, timeline development for potential programs. Assist with the development of RFI / RFP response content as required. |
· Recommends process improvements & moves forward plans. |
· Oversees program budget which is a consolidation of individual project budgets. |
· Maintains PDUs for PMP / PgMP certification. |
· Completes required corporate training. |
· Performs all other duties as assigned. |
Bachelor's degree with a focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related area with 13-15 years of working experience
Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP preferred
