IT Warehouse Associate – Part-Time Contract
Location: Fremont, CA
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8-hour shifts, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 16 hours per week
Contract: 12+ months
Pay: $30/hour

 

We are seeking a reliable, professional IT Warehouse Associate to support the handling, organization, and processing of IT equipment and assets. This is a manual labor/warehouse position, not an IT support role.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, move, and organize IT equipment, inventory, and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Operate hand tools and light warehouse equipment, including box cutters and non-motorized pallet jacks.

  • Clean and prepare returned laptops, including sticker removal and basic equipment cleaning.

  • Sort and manage returned cables, adapters, and related IT accessories.

  • Maintain clean and safe warehouse/work areas.

  • Inspect IT assets for visible damage and identify serial numbers.

  • Follow OSHA guidelines, company safety procedures, and PPE requirements.

  • Work independently while maintaining professional communication with team members.

Qualifications

  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted.

  • Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for up to 8 hours per shift.

  • Comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and occasional ladder or stool use.

  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

  • Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.

  • Good communication skills.

Work Environment
This position is performed in a warehouse environment with potential exposure to dust, seasonal temperature changes, and moderate noise. Required PPE may include steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and a high-visibility vest.
