This is an overnight position. Hours are 5 PM to 1:00 AM CST.

The Supervisor of Operations leads overnight operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Supervisor is responsible for real-time oversight, decision-making, and coordination of concurrent operational activities, ensuring teams remain aligned to schedule, quality standards, and customer expectations. The Operations Supervisor serves as the primary escalation and command point during overnight execution, enabling rapid issue resolution, effective resource allocation, and consistent delivery outcomes. As assigned, manages and optimizes resources by monitoring performance and providing feedback.
· Oversees multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment · Maintains real-time awareness of operational status, risks, and dependencies · Ensures execution stays aligned to defined schedules and service expectations | ||
· Acts as the primary escalation point during overnight operations · Resolves complex issues involving internal teams, partners, and field resources · Makes timely decisions that balance schedule, quality, and risk | ||
· Manages and adjusts resource allocation across concurrent activities · Prioritizes work dynamically to prevent bottlenecks and delays · Ensures teams remain focused on the highest-impact activities | ||
· Validates completion of required deliverables before work is closed out · Enforces adherence to operational playbooks and documentation standards · Conducts shift-level quality checks and ensure clean handoffs

· Proven ability to work in high-volume, time-sensitive environments |
· Strong decision-making skills with ability to respond quickly under pressure |
· Excellent communication and coordination skills across distributed teams |
· Experience supporting technology deployments, field services, or infrastructure programs |
