The Sales Manager oversees daily operations of an inside sales team of Account Managers and Sales Support Representatives for Public Sector's State and Local Government, Higher Education, and K-12 Education (SLED) groups. The Sales Manager develops each member of their Sales team through understanding individual development needs and proactively coaching and catering to those specific needs. The Sales Manager also produces business results through account management reviews, pipeline and deal management, vendor engagement, business development partnership, customer involvement, sound decision making and profitability management while serving as first line of support to team members for logistics, customer issues, pricing inquiries, system and procedural questions and advice and issue escalation.
