Responsibilities

 

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Solution Architect – Digital Workspace. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients, driving the design and adoption of advanced technology solutions that enable modern, secure, and high-performing digital work environments.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends deep technical expertise with strong consultative selling skills. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and cross-functional Solution Architects to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that align to evolving client needs and market trends.

 

  • Architect and present complex Digital Workspace solutions that integrate hardware, software, and services into cohesive, value-driven offerings
  • Support sales efforts by developing technical strategies, contributing to proposals, and enabling upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Engage directly with customers to assess business and technical requirements and translate them into innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation of new services and solution sets that enhance customer experience and expand our portfolio.
  • Create demos, build labs, and deliver presentations to internal teams, customers, and partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations to leadership on new opportunities.
  • Participate in implementation efforts either independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Accomplished Microsoft Solutions Architect and Cloud Architect with extensive experience designing, selling, and delivering enterprise solutions across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Copilot environments. Holds Microsoft certifications including AZ-104, AZ-900, MCSA, and MCSE, with hands-on expertise aligned to MS-102, MD-102, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, and SC-401 technologies and best practices.
  • Combines strong presales, solution-selling, and post-sales delivery experience, partnering with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams to assess requirements, develop solution architectures, present value propositions, conduct workshops, and drive successful cloud transformation, migration, security, and modernization initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of modern data center architecture, including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, identity, security, and cloud services. Experienced with Azure IaaS/PaaS, VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Azure Networking, VNets, ASR, Key Vault, AKS, Azure Container Apps, and disaster recovery solutions, helping organizations modernize legacy infrastructure and optimize cloud adoption.
  • Proven expertise in End-User Computing (EUC) technologies including Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 10/11 Enterprise, mobile device management, endpoint security, application deployment, identity and access management, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust security frameworks, enabling secure hybrid workforce solutions.
  • Skilled in automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and DevOps practices utilizing Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Ansible, PowerShell, GitHub, and GitHub Actions to streamline deployments, improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and reduce cloud management costs.
  • Trusted client advisor with exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes. Successfully leads architecture discussions, executive briefings, migration strategies, and cross-functional initiatives while identifying opportunities for solution expansion, cross-selling, and long-term customer success.
